Save the date for our 2025 Festival: 11th - 18th October 2025
--------------
Our 2024 festival : 12th - 19th October 2024.
Come along to Planet Wimborne's annual Green Festival to meet local groups and hear about all the great environmental activities going on in the town and surrounding area.
The Festival is going from strength to strength and we believe we have something for everyone: from the Minster Fair on the first Saturday to craft workshops and talks spread throughout the week. (Some of the events are ticketed, even though all except one are free - see links further down the page for the tickets to those.)
The Green Festival will be opened at 10:30am on Saturday 12th October (on Minster Green) by Vikki Slade (MP for Mid Dorset and North Poole), Jeff Hart (Wimborne Mayor), Sonnaz Nooranvary (The Repair Shop) and Womble Orinoco.
The free, festival brochure with full details of the programme is available to view/download (links below) or a free fold-up version can be picked up at the East Dorset Information Centre in the High Street or at the Fair Ground shop.
