The 2025 Green Festival will be officially opened at 10:30am on Saturday 11th October (on Minster Green) by Paralympic silver-medal-winning canoeist Jack Eyers, with Wimborne’s Deputy Mayor, Cllr Simon Wheeler; Town Crier, Chris Brown; and Planet Wimborne Chairperson, Linda Bunting.
The Theme for the 2025 Festival is "Buy Better, Be More".
The Festival is going from strength to strength and we believe we have something for everyone: from the Minster Fair on Saturday 11th October to craft workshops, walks and talks spread throughout the week, finishing on a high with a talk by Patrick Grant of the Great British Sewing Bee.

- Arrive in good time for events, allowing more time for additional checks.
- Be patient with checks. It might seem inconvenient, but they are in place to help you.
- Keep it simple and minimise what you carry.
- Stay alert and look out for each other. If you see something that doesn’t feel right, tell a member of the Planet Wimborne team.
