Museum of East Dorset Traditional Summer Fete

Join us on 22nd July at our Summer Fete. A fun-packed day for the whole family.

There will be a whole host of traditional games and stalls, plants & produce from our own garden, second-hand books and jigsaws, and old-fashioned sweeties. Kids can unleash their creativity in our craft zone and create their mini-masterpieces.

There will be live music throughout the day including an afternoon performance from ‘Vivamente Voices’ Community Choir.

From Gigging to Digging

From Reading Festival to A Gardeners' World.

Mark Lyons, the Head Gardener at Crichel House, will be speaking on his work on the renovation and development of gardens and grounds.

Friday 7th July, 6pm to 8.30pm, lecture from 6.45pm to 7.45pm

Refreshments: the café adjoining the lecture room will be serving light refreshments and drinks, including wine, which can be bought separately.
