DEED is an education charity supporting and inspiring teachers, pupils and community members to develop their understanding of global issues, environmental sustainability and cultural diversity.
We are Sarah, Louise and Abi and between us we offer four main areas of work: training, workshops, resources and exhibitions. Our services are designed to support and enhance all aspects of education from a global perspective in order to encourage children of all ages to develop self confidence, increased awareness and a positive attitude to taking responsible action.
DEED is a registered company 03646475 and a registered charity 1072827 established in 1983 in Bournemouth and originally covered the east side of the county of Dorset (hence our original name was Development Education in ‘East’ Dorset).
